A registered Exercise Scientist and Personal Trainer, Gary has worked in the Health & Fitness Industry since completing his Exercise Science degree in 2008. Whilst studying in Exercise Science and play Australian Football, Gary has gained vast experience in the design and application of training programs in the fields of:

  • Personal & Group Fitness Training
  • Strength & Conditioning Training
  • Weight Loss
  • Sport Specific Training
  • Aerobic Conditioning

Philosophy
Gary enjoys training both group and one on one training sessions in a fun and friendly environment. Gary applies scientific based methods to help his clients achieve their fitness goals while maintaining variety and motivation. He has vast experience in training clients with varied fitness levels and enjoys the challenge of developing training programs for his clients personal requirements.

Belinda Bam

Biography
Belinda Bam has been working in the fitness industry for 10 years. Working as a personal trainer she has assisted many clients achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. Clients have ranged from people who are already fit who wanted to increase fitness levels to people who are new to exercise and need to know where to start.

Philosophy
“Always have a goal. Whether it is a weight loss goal or a fitness event like a fun run or triathlon, it is easier to stay motivated if you have a specific goal to work towards.”

Simon Carson B.Hlth.Sc H.M) MAAESSalt

Biography
Simon Carson has been working in the fitness industry for well over 10 years. He has worked with professional athletes, tv stars, large corporations and everyday people. Simon still enjoys running the MPT boot camp program drawing on his military experience. Simon has also been involved for the past 8 years in corporate health working with many companies such as National Australia Bank, Deakin University, Allens Arthur Robinson and many government departments Simon is sure to be able to help productivity in your company.

Philosophy
Simon enjoys training people who are serious about trying to reach their goals. "I will offer all the support and motivation you need but your ultimate success depends on you!"

Tim Alway

Biography

Tim has studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Australian Catholic University finishing at the top of his class. He has a Certificate 4 as a fitness instructor with Fitness Australia and is a strong believer in the power of exercise.

Tim is 110% committed to his clients and has seen some terrific results whether it be for weight loss, muscle gains or  improving overall health and wellbeing. Tim is a firm believer in enjoying yourself whilst training and does his utmost to ensure everyone has a smile on their face while exercising. He is a triathlete and loves cardiovascular fitness but is also torn with an equal passion for resistance training so as a result has a rather 'built' physique for a triathlete!

He is currently involved in further study to become a physical education teacher to teach his students the importance of exercise in an attempt to have fitter and healthier youths and adults later in life.


Philosophy

Tim is all about variety. He strives to make each session different to keep his clients guessing whilst still maintaining core exercises essential to reach the goals of each client. Tim ranges in exercises from traditional to functional and is always on the lookout for something new.

Tom Kimmet

Biography
A registered Exercise Scientist and Personal Trainer, Tom has worked in the Health & Fitness Industry since completing his Exercise Science degree in 2003.  Working in a variety of settings both here in Melbourne and in Perth WA, Tom has gained vast experience in the design and application of training programs in the fields of:

  • Weight Loss
  • Older Adults Training
  • Pilates Instruction & Core Strength Training
  • Sport Specific Training
  • Corporate Health program delivery

Philosophy
Tom has enjoyed working with clients of all fitness backgrounds, from first-timers  through to national level elite athletes and strives to achieve the best results for all his clients through providing a friendly, yet professional and effective training environment. He believes strongly in making each of his training sessions relevant, effective and scientifically based, whilst maintaining variety and most importantly fun!

Biography
Tim has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. As a qualified PT with specialist training in posture education, core conditioning, injury management, and pre and post pregnancy exercise, Tim has worked with people of all levels of fitness ranging from beginners to professional athletes.

Philosophy
Tim understands the importance of maintaining a well balanced lifestyle. He offers a fun but challenging approach to his training, and complements this with a keen focus on healthy nutrition. Personal satisfaction in his job comes from supporting clients to achieve their goals.
