Boot Camp

"Just loving boot camp, although my body doesn't on some days. Love the variety and as much as we whinge and complain at the time, am feeling so much better for it. Would be happy to continue for the next 2 weeks after Friday and so would Leesa Smith.

Boot camp was fantastic. I really enjoyed it and was surprised at the results I saw early on in the training. I will try to come in for the post assessment some time next week.

Personal Training

"Tom is fantastic! He could probably push us a little harder at times, but the reality is we both push ourselves pretty well any way. Every week is really well mixed up, & although obviously the same exercises are repeated, it is always changed enough such that we do not feel that it is always the same thing. He has also shown us flexibility in workout times when we needed which has been much appreciated. Having said that, this is pretty much what we expected & we are very happy with this.

Where Tom has been outstanding is the way he has dealt with our kids. The only way we can workout is to have the kids hang around with us & in some cases they just run away, but at others they want to hang around & be involved & in this situation, Tom has excelled. He chats with them both, lets them have a go with the equipment at times & generally does a great job of including them. One of the funniest things I have seen this year was Charlotte, our 4 Y.O. with full sized boxing gloves on "working out" with Tom with the punching mits on (she nearly got one through...)

Group Training

"I did enjoy it but I think the prior weeks Spring Racing Carnival antics caught up with me that day. I am seriously amazed at how
1) Much of an detrimental effect drinking has on physical fitness
2) How quickly you lose your fitness if you don’t keep up the intensity!!

Caroline enjoyed the session. She particularly liked the fact that you design the sessions so that we do sharp bursts with a small rest in between allowing her to recovery a little. She also liked the fact that you set the program to cater for different levels of fitness!" - Clare Baldwin
