Boot Camp "Just loving boot camp, although my body doesn't on some days. Love the variety and as much as we whinge and complain at the time, am feeling so much better for it. " - Wendy Milne "Thanks very much Simon. "I just wanted to pass on that Adam & I had a great experience during our four week course of Boot Camp. We feel that we have meet some personal targets and created gateways to be able to achieve other more difficult goals. Personal Training "Tom is fantastic! He could probably push us a little harder at times, but the reality is we both push ourselves pretty well any way. Every week is really well mixed up, & although obviously the same exercises are repeated, it is always changed enough such that we do not feel that it is always the same thing. He has also shown us flexibility in workout times when we needed which has been much appreciated. Having said that, this is pretty much what we expected & we are very happy with this. A couple of us decided to bring the exercise to the office. MPT agreed to come to our offices to conduct Pilates classes at 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
