Melbourne Personal Training (MPT) offers a wide range of group personal training programs. Group personal training is a great way to get in shape and receive the support you need without the cost of one-on-one personal training.

These programs have been developed and refined over the past nine years of operation. We offer both indoor and outdoor group personal training programs at a variety of locations across Melbourne, including the CBD and our other locations.

These programs can also be supplemented with personal training or our weight loss program.

The MPT group personal training programs are great value, ranging from 1 session per week for $19.95, up to $36.95 for unlimited sessions. All group PT program members also receive one-on-one assessments and personalised advice at regular intervals.
