MPT Group Training Programs
The best part about the MPT Group Personal Training program is you can participate in a variety of different sessions. Keep in mind we have a wide variety of sessions that come under each of these categories so each workout will provide you with new routines and different challenges. The sessions we will be running include:
Boxing for Fitness A fun and interactive class where you will learn how to punch safely and effectively while still getting a great workout. Whether you have never learnt to box or if you are an experienced boxer then we can tailor the class to give you a fun and effective workout. We recommend that you have your own boxing gloves as individuals have different requirements; however we are able to provide gear for these sessions if you don’t have your own.
Functional Strength Have you ever wanted to feel stronger from day to day? Functional strength is a strength session that is aimed at developing strength in areas that you use in everyday life. These Functional strength training classes will help you develop strength that carries over into everyday activities as well improving your sports performance.
Core Strength and Flexibility Classes A great class for helping to develop your core muscles. Whether you have lower back pain, a weakened core, or if you would like to develop core strength for a particular sport then we can help out. The classes are aimed at conditioning and strengthening your abdominals, lower and upper back, as well as improving flexibility through your hamstrings, quads and glutes.
Boot Camp A challenging class that will involve you working and interacting with other participants these classes also tend to contain different activities outside what you would normally “expect.” There is constant variety and classes are aimed at developing all aspects of fitness. Some military styles of exercises are adopted in these classes but we don’t incorporate the military attitude into these sessions.
Mixed Cardio Class A class designed to get your heart racing! If you want a change in your cardio routine then these classes are for you. We conduct a variety of sessions that utilise the highly effective methods of Fartlek training which can significantly improve your cardiovascular ability much faster than general training can.
Cross Training A perfect blend of strength and cardio. If you are looking for a class to improve both cardio and strength then this is the perfect option for you.
