Our prices are not simply based on your training sessions. We incorporate a total package so that you receive much more than simply the benefits of training an expert Trainer, to include:
Weekly Education - You will receive a weekly email with vital information for making the best health, lifestyle and exercise decisions to complement your Personal Training sessions.
Home Program- You will be provided with a program you can do in your own time which are designed to build on your Personal Training sessions. This also includes quarterly assessments of your home exercise program.
Phone Consult - Outside of sessions, you can also schedule times to have phone consults with your trainer. Here you can discuss your Personal Training Program, including questions about specific types of training, while also discussing your weekly email or simply talking about how your body is feeling!
Ongoing Support- Our Trainers are fully committed to help you achieve the outcomes you desire! It is our role to not only provide an expert training program, fun and challenging sessions and the resources mentioned above ot help you do this, however we provide full support along your successful jounrey!
